  • Successfully pass the NPORS theory and practical assessment
  • Meet NPORS medical and eyesight requirements

An NVQ is not required for the Traditional NPORS card.

NPORS Red CSCS Operator Card – 2 Year Card

This card confirms that the operator has received training and assessment but is not yet fully competent.

What Is Required to Obtain a Red NPORS CSCS Card?

To obtain a Red NPORS CSCS Operator Card, you must:

  • Complete NPORS training and testing
  • Pass the NPORS theory and practical assessment
  • Hold a valid CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test PASS DATE NO LATER THAN 2 YEARS AGO

  • NVQ Level 2 must be completed before upgrading
  • Cannot be renewed without progression

The NPORS Blue Competent Operator Card is the highest level NPORS operator card and confirms full occupational competence.
