Course Content

- Conduct pre-start and operational safety checks

- Safely drive and manoeuvre the dumper in various site conditions
- Operate tracked dumpers on soft, uneven, or restricted terrain
- Approach, position, and load the dumper safely under supervision of a loading machine
- Transport and safely discharge loads to the rear tipping area
- Maintain stability and control on gradients and uneven ground
- Identify and avoid operational hazards
- Carry out correct shut-down and securing procedures in line with best practice
Training Locations

On-site training: Delivered at your premises using your own tracked rear tipping dumper (subject to suitability and safety checks)
We provide NPORS N205 Tracked Rear Tipping Dumper training throughout the UK, with a strong focus on London, Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk.
Course Duration
• Novice Operator: Typically, 2 to 3 days
• Experienced Operator / Refresher: 1 day
Course duration may vary depending on experience and number of delegates.
Assessment
Each candidate will complete:
• A theoretical assessment (verbal or written)
• A practical operating assessment covering all core skills
On successful completion, candidates will be awarded an NPORS Operator Card for N205 – Tracked Rear Tipping Dumper.
Entry Requirements
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• A good understanding of spoken and written English
• Must be medically fit to operate plant machinery
• Training can also be delivered by instructors who speak Russian, Polish, or Lithuanian
Certification
Successful delegates will receive an NPORS Operator Card (N205 – Tracked Rear Tipping Dumper):
• Valid for 5 years, or
• 2 years if a CSCS logo is required
