  • Maintain stability and control on inclines and different ground types
  • Recognise and avoid hazards such as underground services and soft ground
  • Work efficiently with other plant and site personnel
  • Shut down, secure, and park the machine safely at the end of operations

Course Duration

Novice Operator: Typically, 3 to 5 days

Experienced Operator / Refresher: 1 to 2 days

Duration may vary depending on experience and the number of participants.

Assessment

Each candidate will undertake:

A theoretical test (verbal or written)

A practical operating assessment demonstrating safe and efficient machine control

Upon successful completion, candidates will receive an NPORS Operator Card for N215 – Dozer.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older.

A good understanding of spoken and written English is essential.

Participants must be medically fit to operate heavy machinery safely.

This course can also be delivered by one of our instructors that speak Russian, Polish, or Lithuanian.

Certification

Successful delegates will receive an NPORS Operator Card (N215 – Dozer), valid for 5 years from the date of issue or 2 years if they require to have CSCS logo.
